These COLORS

Definitely did a double-take while scrolling through this Quality Magazine editorial. One of the most perfect and striking color combinations I've ever seen. That lip shade and sunglasses pairing is...I can't even.

Making Parties Colorful & Awesome

Confetti invitations and giant balloons. I feel drunk off color right now.

Cooo--uhllllll. Here's the tutuorial

These delightful little (big) things are from Geronimo and I find them ten times better than regular balloons.

Hey Your Windows Have a Little Rainbow on Them

The brilliancy of Helmut Smits. While this is totally cool, I would probably question the sanity of someone driving around with rainbows on their windshield. Still love it.

Creative & Colorful DIY Business Cards

What better way to say "Yeah, I'm pretty creative" than your very own DIY business cards? I probably wouldn't be able to resist throwing in "yeah, I made these, it's fine," while handing them out. Head over to While The Sun Shines blog for a tutorial.

Signs of Affection

Graphic designer Paul Price designed put these bright "signs of affection" on random street corners. How day-making! Wish these would find their way to my Minneapolis hood.

Colorful Popsicle Picnic

What a fun little party I found over on Design*Sponge. Little did I know until reading the captions that this was actually a wedding reception. Laid-back celebrations like this are so my style. Head over to Design*Sponge for all the details and DIYs.

Monograms, Prints, Color, Oh My!

The stomping grounds of Jamie Meares from Furbish Studio. Remember when I showed you her witty stationery here

How could you ever be in a bad mood when you live in a home with so much color? Oh, and love the monogrammed shower curtain.

Y E L L O W

It's spring; we need to celebrate this little sunburst of a color.  How many random pops of yellow will you notice today?

F A L L I N G G A R D E N

Gerda Steiner and Jörg Lenzlinger built Falling Garden inside the San Staë Church on the Canale Grande in honor of the 50th Biennial of Venice. Looks like something out of a dream, doesn't it?

Some people would never see the point in buying fun and cutesy twisty-ties. I'm more like, why WOULDN'T you want to?? Via Romantic Pink's Etsy Shop

Kate Spade's London Pop-Up Shop. Love at First Sight.

The two stories of this white townhouse in London were created to show visitors what Kate Spade's flat would look like if she resided there herself. Whimsical and witty, per usual.

Red balloons tied along the fence? So charming.

An Alice in Wonderland-esque chair, books in the fireplace, and a stool imprinted with 'eat cake for breakfast' are among some of my favorite details of the shop.

Phone numbers written on napkins by the phone, goldfish on the mantle and knick-knacks from around the world. So lived-in. So Kate Spade.

A video on the pop-up shop.

'Tis The Season of Color

'Tis the season of color, so you ought to live colorfully, no? Rainbow-y things to do and try...

1. Paint your lips a fuschia pink (look at her eyes POP!)

2. Three words: popsicle shopping spree (Edy's real fruit bars are the best.)

3. Go on a walk and look at all the natural rich colors that exist in this world -- so cheesy, but seriously

4. Decorate your ice cream with rainbow sprinkles

5. Blend up a smoothie with strawberries & mangoes

6. Sip your morning coffee from your most colorful mug

7. Invest in a pair of colorful cropped skinnies (Gap has some very adorable ones)

8. Dress vibrantly for a night out, a la Jessica Alba

9. Bright red toenails anyone?

10. A bold-hued clutch is the perfect accessory. Let it stand out by keeping the rest of your outfit neutral.

11. Throw a bright, colorful, and happy party with your girlfriends. Why? 'Cause you can.

12. Buy yourself a bouquet of tulips to jazz up your room. You deserve it, trust me.

13. Watch this video & go behind the scenes at one of the most colorful brands out there — Kate Spade, of course!

14. Raspberry sorbet or lemon gelato will cure any bad day (Love those nails!)

15. You are never too old to tie a pretty red ribbon in your hair. Never.
