Spring's Hottest Lip Color

Tangerine was the popular lip hue seen on numerous Spring/Summer '11 runways this past winter. Bright lips may seem like an intimidating trend to pull off, but it can work for anyone; it's all about coordinating the color with your skin tone. A little confidence doesn't hurt either.
